So just what is a PhotoTour? (besides your name for a virtual tour)

• Simply an on-line sales tool to compliment your activities and save time for you, the Buyer and the Seller. For example, a Buyer in New York or Chicago can go on-line and pre-select the homes they are really interested in seeing personally when they come to Florida.
• The Buyer's time is better utilized by only seeing the homes they are interested in seeing.
• If the Buyer has questions about the home, pool, taxes, schools, etc., an email to the the Realtor will usually get them an answer the next day at no cost to either of you. No more outrageous toll free WATS line phone bills.

What's included in a PhotoTour?

• A PhotoTour usually contains 18 - 30+ photos, 1 or 2 panoramas and the pdf file
• The layout of the house will determine how many panoramas are included. If the area is not large enough to support a panorama, it will not be useful to the Viewer.
• Also, an email link for you to send an email, with the direct URL link automatically added, to someone using your own email program.
• An extensive on-line Help file for viewing the PhotoTour.
• We are constantly improving the PhotoTours (as software & technology improves) and you will receive our latest version.

After a Buyer is through looking at the PhotoTours on my Listings, what will stop them from looking at the PhotoTours for other homes in the area?

• Your site will not be linked to any others. We are not an MLS service provider where a Buyer can look at Listings from other Realtors with a single mouse click.
• Our PhotoTours are designed to compliment your Listing only.

As a Realtor, I am concerned that after a Buyer looks at the PhotoTour, they won't come back to my Listings.

• A very good point. When a Buyer "Clicks" on the link to the PhotoTour from your Listing, a new window is opened to let them view the PhotoTour. After looking at the PhotoTour, they have to close the window and that returns them back to where they were in your Listings.

Do you offer an economical version?

• Yes, we've recently added the 12 Pack which includes 12 photos in a slide show, a PDF file for download to view and print out offline.

What happens when the Listing expires?

• Nothing, unless you contact us to remove it from the server. We clear old ones out annually unless you advise us otherwise.

I'm a Realtor picking up the Listing another Realtor had and they used a PhotoTour. Can I re-use it?

• Yes but you will have to negotiate with the original Realtor (the one who paid for it) for the rights to use it on your Listing. If they are agreeable, have them forward the link for it to you.
• If you want it linked to Realtor.com, we will need an email from you requesting it. It should include the property address including zip code, the new MLS#. This email will be forwarded to the original Realtor to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
• The charge to link a reused PhotoTour to Realtor.com is $30 (subtract $20 for Showcase accounts)
